Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

Small and cozy studio apartment (CIR 0021)

Studio apartment, with vertical retractable double bed, ideal for two people, located on the 1st floor, in a strategic position very close to the historic center, with the possibility of free parking nearby or paid parking in the internal courtyard. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, perfect both for visiting the city and for reaching the tourist destinations of the region. You can walk to the cable car to Pila in 10 minutes (1 km) as well as the train and bus station.

Small refuge in the Alps, Gran Paradiso

Our small mountain cabin is located in the Aosta Valley, in the Alps, in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the first protected natural area in Italy. In a perfectly renovated 19th-century house, you can find all the comforts for a true mountain experience. The house is in a very pretty hamlet of 14 houses, at 1560 m above sea level, next to the woods and directly on a path for walks and snowshoeing. The cross-country skiing trail is 50 meters from the house

Lo Granì de Devine

ACCOMMODATION FOR TOURIST USE - VDA - Valsavarenche 0003 Mountain house, on two floors, newly renovated, located in the center of Rovenaud (1460 m), a characteristic village of Valsavarenche, in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park. The Granì de Devine is an old building from 1884, surrounded by typical rascards (traditional wooden chalets). Cars do not pass through the village (public parking 100 m away). In this place you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet.

Strategically located halfway between Aosta and Courmayeur, it is an excellent base for reaching the Gran Paradiso valleys, 15 minutes from the Pre Saint Didier Thermal Baths and excellent as a base for reaching the major ski resorts. Kitchen with living room and double bed. Bed linens and towels included. Garden and terrace for the exclusive use of guests. Free public parking adjacent to the property.

La Chambrette, studio sur les hauteurs de Cogne

Studio simple mais agréable et lumineux, parfait pour une personne qui désire passer des vacances tranquilles. Le logement est situé au premier (et dernier) étage d'une maison typique de montagne, il dispose d'une entrée indépendante et est pourvu d'un grand balcon. Situé sur les hauteurs du vieux village, au calme, il se trouve à quelques pas du centre (5min. par le raccourci piéton), du départ des sentiers et des pistes (ski de fond et alpin).

L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano di una tranquilla palazzina ed è dotato di posto auto esterno privato. E' composto da un ingresso, zona giorno con angolo cucina, una camera da letto e bagno (per un totale di circa 50mq). Si trova a 5 minuti dalla cabinovia per la località sciistica di Pila e a 10 minuti dal centro storico di Aosta. Adatto a singoli, coppie e famiglie (max 3 persone con divano letto), sono benvenuti gli animali d'affezione.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

LO NIT – LA MAISON DE SAINT ETIENNE

A bright, cozy nest, newly refurbished (2021), in an attic on the 3rd floor. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

La Mason dl'Ansiva - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

“La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact. This small but cozy house, fully accessible, with attention to the smallest details to lull you in the mountain charm, consists of a single room that houses a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom and overlooks the outdoor area equipped as a solarium.

Treat yourself to a relaxing weekend. Our attic, overlooking the valley, has been recently renovated and is located in a quiet area on the edge of the woods in the Gran Paradiso National Park. Ideal for summer and winter vacations, including hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, climbing, and trekking. A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.

A welcoming and bright house with a breathtaking view of the Gran Paradiso and the St Ursus meadow! Inside, the walls entirely covered with wood, the lovely inlaid furniture and the tiled stove will give you a warm and familiar atmosphere, typical of mountain lodges. Outside, you can relax in the private garden (equipped with a table, benches and deck chairs) and enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon!
