On 47 square meters of living space and a 70 square meter garden you will find everything you need to feel good, relax and enjoy. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. The couch in the living room accommodates two people. In the bedroom there is a large double bed as well as a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, floor-level shower, and washing machine. There is an underground parking garage. Tourist tax is paid separately (€ 2.50 per person from 14 years).

In the new Klima Haus-Standard A-Nature, the modern 2-room apartment with large kitchen is located on the top floor. The kitchen island is equipped with comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work, dining and game table. The Bora stove is a nice addition for hobby chefs. The bedroom is normally equipped with a wardrobe and double bed (160 x 200 m). For a better night's sleep, we chose the Emma mattress. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower and illuminated shelf.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

Cosy flat with garden and spacious south-facing balcony to relax in the sun. Hiking and walking trails as well as numerous bike tours start directly at the house. In winter, skiing areas can be found in the surrounding area. Beautiful Merano is 35 min away. New: Beds, mattresses and bedding were completely renewed in 2022. 15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.
