On 47 square meters of living space and a 70 square meter garden you will find everything you need to feel good, relax and enjoy. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. The couch in the living room accommodates two people. In the bedroom there is a large double bed as well as a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, floor-level shower, and washing machine. There is an underground parking garage. Tourist tax is paid separately (€ 2.50 per person from 14 years).

In the new Klima Haus-Standard A-Nature, the modern 2-room apartment with large kitchen is located on the top floor. The kitchen island is equipped with comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work, dining and game table. The Bora stove is a nice addition for hobby chefs. The bedroom is normally equipped with a wardrobe and double bed (160 x 200 m). For a better night's sleep, we chose the Emma mattress. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower and illuminated shelf.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Cosy flat with garden and spacious south-facing balcony to relax in the sun. Hiking and walking trails as well as numerous bike tours start directly at the house. In winter, skiing areas can be found in the surrounding area. Beautiful Merano is 35 min away. New: Beds, mattresses and bedding were completely renewed in 2022. Stachelburg Castle - historical accommodation

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Chalet De Ultimis is located amidst the peaceful mountain meadows and traditional farms of the Ulten Valley in St. Pankraz (San Pancrazio), South Tyrol. The rustic-modern vacation home features an open-plan kitchen-living room with cooking island, a dining area with panoramic views, a couch area with wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The chez mone & harry loft is nestled amidst orchards and vineyards at the edge of the historic village centre of Algund, near Merano, 5 min by car. You enter the third floor through a modern dependance, where product designer Harry Thaler and curator Simone Mair live with their three children. Harry took great pleasure in transforming a 50m2 attic into a warm, minimalistic dream loft in sustainable materials.
