A dream stay in Buenos Aires! I stayed alone in this apartment and it was a great experience from start to finish. The place was spotless: super clean, neat, and with all the details well cared for. It gives a feeling of tranquility and well-being that is greatly appreciated when traveling alone. Patricia left a complimentary sparkling and water that were a nice detail. What surprised me (and loved it!) was being able to use the pool and spa in the building. A true unexpected luxury! The location is also ideal, very safe and close to everything. I felt comfortable the whole time. I would definitely come back and I recommend it especially if you are looking for a quiet, modern place with top-notch amenities. Thank you for a perfect stay!

We chose the apartment due to its location, which is in fact excellent, with many good cafes, restaurants and convenience stores around, most of the time we did our activities on foot and in total safety. The apartment is on a beautiful street, in a quiet and safe area. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. It even had a good hair dryer, iron, plug adapters and first aid kit. Clean bathroom, with several towels and toiletries. The hosts were attentive and very receptive, with good communication, gave us several tips for tours, itineraries, where to buy wines, and made our stay more pleasant! We will definitely return !

Stunning 10-metre balcony with the added retro-warmth of folding wooden doors. Chacarita is quiet & super central. 10 to 20 minute walk into both Palermo & Belgrano, & two blocks from Collegiales. Lacroze & Olleros metro, 7-10 min walk. A word or two (or four) on the kitchen - it's the best equipped kitchen I've encountered on airbnb. Encyclopaedic. Excellent mattress too - it's one of those soft but firm at the same time ones that encourages you to dream. There is a rumour that the longer you sleep, the less people will expect you to reawaken and present yourself to the world. Just be sure not to change your appearance before bed, or people may have a hard time believing it's you today. You will then face a sort of non-stop gauntlet in which the very people who refute your identity will mis-use your name in all manner of ways, simply to accord with their own biases. A final word: the varnished floorboards reflect light with magnificent intensity, and you're on the top floor.

I had an excellent experience in this Airbnb apartment. From the first moment, the service was impeccable. The host was very kind, always attentive to our needs and willing to answer any questions. The location is another strong point: it is in a strategic area, close to restaurants, shops, public transport and tourist spots, which made our city tours much easier. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Each space is tastefully cared for and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both rest and work. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the internet connection was fast and stable throughout the stay. Without a doubt, what stands out the most is the tranquility of the place. Despite being well located, the environment is quiet, which allowed a full rest. I recommend this place 100% and would return without hesitation. A perfect stay!

Highly recommended! Mario's apartment is beautiful. It has all the comforts you need, and more! There is a playpen with a mattress and a high chair, we thought it was spectacular. We don't use it, but I'm pregnant and we loved that they are in that detail. The garage is very useful. Very nice gym and indoor pool. The building in general is excellent. The host is always available. We'll be back! Thank you for everything.

This place is amazing. in the heart of Palermo. So many great restaurants and very walkable. Joaquin was a great host. very responsive. the apartment was a great size within outside balcony with bbq that we used often. he has a great work area for use if you are working remotely. the check in and check out time has the best availble hours I have ever seen. It fits any flight schedule. it was nice to land at 9am and be in the apartment by 11am and not have to wait until 3pm like so many places. and you don't have to be out until late into the evening. worked so well with my flight scheduke. he has thought of many things to make your stay great.

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his house in April and May. He is very attentive, very kind and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. We had a great family stay, the place is as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course, we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

Beautiful and comfortable hallway house. All tidy and clean. Very quiet neighborhood, there is always room for parking. Maria is very attentive and friendly. Safe and well-lit place at night. We love it. Super recommended.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bedding, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth the walk through the neighborhood until you reach the Palermo park. We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!

The apartment is a cute one! Exactly as in the description. The location is amazing, very close to excellent restaurants, in a safe and quiet area. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean!!! Mariano is of a unique kindness...he always responded quickly to our questions and helped us with precise directions so that we could find what we needed. We had a great time!!!!!
