Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Située au cœur des monts du cantal à 1100 m d'altitude, et à 15 min en voiture de Riom-ès-Montagnes*, vous serez proche du Puy mary et de la Font Sainte. il sera possible de visiter la ferme où sont élevés les brebis, ainsi que les estives toutes proches. *ville avec toutes les commodités : supermarchés, boulangeries, boucherie, parc enfants, piscine publique, cinéma, restaurants, bars, etc)

Op 1200 meter hoogte, op een bergkam midden in het vulkanische Cantal-gebergte, word je wakker van koeienbellen en vogelgezang. Geen verkeersgeluiden — alleen open lucht en een weids uitzicht over de vallei. Vanuit het huis stap je direct op wandelroutes richting de Puy Mary. Binnen wacht een volledig uitgeruste keuken, twee slaapkamers met boxspringbedden en een pelletkachel voor de koele bergavonden. Ideaal voor wie écht wil loskomen van de drukte.

Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
