In addition, for those who wish, you can taste some local delicacies from our farm, to fully experience your stay in the Marche through all the senses.

The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Three self-contained apartments, several terraces and a heated saltwater swimming pool guarantee wonderful and quiet vacation days. A panoramic outdoor sauna invites you to enjoy on cooler days. All apartments are equipped to a high standard. Guest parking is located on the property. There is Wi-Fi throughout the property!

Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, including one with a double bed, a versatile room that can be used as a living room or bedroom, and a second bathroom. Three satellite TVs. Spacious, well-kept and comfortable interiors, ideal for couples, families or small groups looking to relax.

The country farm, surrounded by olive trees and centuries-old oaks, will be all for you just 25 minutes from the sea and an hour from the Sassotetto ski slopes. Ideal for couples or families looking for relaxation, our house is immersed in a silence of yesteryear. You are a 10-minute drive from Macerata and half an hour from the beaches. The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
