Schöner Holzboden, neues Boxspring Bett, neues Bad, neue Küche. Extrem schnelles WLan. In der Nähe von zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars und einem Supermarkt. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Flughafen (17 Minuten mit der Bahn), 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof, S und U-Bahn sind 5 Minuten entfernt.

Das Agnes-Viertel ist sehr charmant und befindet sich im nördlichen Kölner Zentrum mit Cafés, Bars, Nachtleben, Restaurants, Boutiquen, lokalen Märkten und in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten (Kölner Dom, Einkaufszentrum, Zoo, Messe, Museen, Hauptbahnhof). Genießt euren Aufenthalt bei mir mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche inkl. Espressokocher, Tee, Wasser und Begrüßungsgetränke und andere Annehmlichkeiten.

All units are turn-key for tourists or business travelers who are looking for alternatives to the standardized, often impersonal hotel atmosphere. Short-term rental is also available for weekend and family guests, or trade fair exhibitors and visitors. For groups of up to 22 people, we make the whole statthaus available exclusively.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation. It may not be big, but it's definitely enough to spend the night. Unfortunately, the hut is no longer up to date, so please don't expect any luxury 😉. Meticulous people won't be happy here, but individualists definitely will! Remember to bring earplugs, because I have 2 roosters on the property 😉
