I recommend Naima's apartment more than ever, which is a real haven of peace. I immediately felt at home in this nice, well-decorated apartment that brings serenity and peace. The small garden and terrace are a big plus, the apartment is in a new residence, very quiet and well wooded. It really feels like you're on vacation. Thank you to Naima and her sister for their warm welcome, support and accompaniment throughout my stay. I couldn't have asked for any better.

Very good, secure residence. I am a biker and it is reassuring to be able to have my motorcycle in a gated community. Nice accommodation, responsive host, supermarket and restaurants nearby. I recommend it.

Jean-Louis's apartment is very clean and very quiet. Her kitchen is well equipped. Its balcony facing the Garonne opens onto a beautiful green setting. This outdoor space is very pleasant. Excellent starting point for visiting the most interesting and lively neighborhoods of Toulouse, such as Saint-Cyprien, a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

Comfortable and compact apartment in the suburbs. We stayed for 3 months and loved it. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is functional with basic ingredients and condiments. Sebastien was friendly, always available and quick to respond. During our stay there were quite a few roadworks, but the good news is they are now finished the street is beautiful and new. Lovely neighbourhood with shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc nearby. Easily ride 10 minutes into the city centre. Overall, an enjoyable stay, we'll be back!

Very nice modern apartment, clean, with full equipment, as in the photos and on the description. Quiet and secure in a beautiful private residence with numbered parking for car. We arrived outside of the hours mentioned in the listing nearly 2 hours late, Nathalie was there to welcome us with a smile. And handing over the keys in person. Nathalie is very welcoming, who does everything to be pleasant, very helpful as for example where we met her by chance in the small shopping center where we were shopping and who brought us and our very heavy bags with her car to the residence.
