After a year-long remodeling project, I’m thrilled to present this personal residence Kaya Kalpa. Every inch of the property has been thoughtfully remodeled. Ideal place for artists, wanderers, all walks of life practitioners to come reset, reflect, and create.  The space is located on Amsterdam street in Condesa, one block from Parque Mexico. You’ll find all nice restaurants, cafes, and stores downstairs. Big supermarket, local Mercado, metro station…all within 5 minutes walking distance.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Our common areas are designed with an open concept so that you can enjoy the green spaces and not be cooped up inside a room; you will have the experience of sharing magical moments with family or friends. We are a place pet friendly and we have an Agility circuit for your entertainment.

The house is quiet and spacious

Country house in the city, it has large spaces and a very large garden with a fountain, fruit trees and tables. Inside the house there is a kitchen, a dining room, and six bedrooms. A roofed area to enjoy the garden and a wood or charcoal grill. Two tables and 10 chairs. From Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, there is an administrator who takes care of the garden where his office is located. He does not enter the areas occupied by guests or the house.

Beautiful chalet, ready to welcome you and your companions, 1.5 km from the center of Villa, its special charm will make you feel comfortable, the wood and its warm atmosphere combine perfectly for your rest. The chalet is a showroom that we set up for Airbnb. It is located in a family gated community, completely safe. If you travel during the week, you will probably hear people working next door.
