We absolutely loved our stay at this house-it exceeded our expectations and is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. The home is filled with unique art and stylish decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a group of five couples, we had plenty of space to relax, and the rooftop garden quickly became our favorite spot to gather. A highlight of our trip was celebrating my husband’s birthday with an incredible Mexican dinner prepared by Raquel and Toñita-it was a truly memorable experience. The location is perfect, with everything just steps away, making it easy to explore the area on foot. We enjoyed every moment and are already planning our next visit so we can stay even longer. This is my all time favorite stay ever! We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 4 days and we miss it already. The home is located in a famous alleyway but was very peaceful and secluded. Many shops, restaurants, and cafes in the surrounding area, most of which are walking distance. The location was perfect as it was very close to a mega grocery store and near a beautiful town square. The home itself had absolutely everything needed and the most spacious bedroom ever! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the living room and the patios. Perfect getaway!!

Very clean, clear instruction, there was nothing missing. I loved it being near Chapultapec Park. Washer available upstairs that works very well. Alejandra is very friendly. She made sure everything was perfect.

Carlos was an amazing host! His place was in a great location and check-in and out was so easy. Everything was super clean, tidy, and the amenities were as listed. Great view of the city with the rooftop views! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to explore Mexico City!

Sylvia's unit was very comfortable to stay for a week. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and the metro easily accessible. Two good coffee shops, Cafe Bruna just underneath the unit (open at 7am) and Chiquitito (open at 7:30am), which has the better coffee IMO. I was attending the International House Spanish school at the other end of the block, so that Sylvia's place was super convenient.

Great place to stay and in a great location in Mexico City! The apartment was comfortable and the host was very helpful. Lots of taco places nearby and close to the other attractions that Mexico City has to offer! I would highly recommend staying here.

Everything as described! Awesome place in a great location. Loved the hammock and the keyboard and the bluetooth speaker (I don't play guitar, sadly). LOU coffee bar became a favourite, just down the road, as did oly restaurant, opposite. Amsterdam 15 min walk away. Tons of great restaurants nearby, like gente de barro for breakfast and NIV for dinner / cocktails. Highly recommended.

Wonderful little spot close to everything—rooftop is a big plus. I am a light sleeper and the place is on a quiet street even tho it is close to many restaurants

This apartment was absolutely incredible. A perfect place to stay with a comfy semi outdoor space. The walls seemed well insulated but the door to the apartment is a bit thin so you can hear a lot through the door. Great neighbor with lots of restaurants that are in walking distance.

My husband and I loved our stay at Horacio’s place! The location cannot be beat and we felt very safe in the building and in the neighborhood. I loved how walkable we were to lots of restaurants, cafes, and green spaces. It rained one night and it was so helpful that the place had an umbrella! Little details like that, the hairdryer, and fan/heater made our stay very comfortable. We did have one minor issue with the toilet- but Horacio was quick to respond and provided us with instructions on how to resolve. Quick and easy fix! Would definitely stay again.

Great condo location, modern architecture, amenities and excellent front desk and service staff. The condo and area was safe and secure, but even though condo was on 3rd floor and glass sound absorbing, there was still some street noice during night that can affect peaceful sleep. Staff was always ready to assist and even though we skipped some days, staff was ready to clean condo daily. We had wonderful experience, cool mornings and evenings and of course great Polanco street atmosphere and lots of top rated restaurants. We highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect—close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Easy access to Roma. I was working remote, the WiFi was perfect. And the plants on the balcony made for a great background. The area is beautiful. Completely safe neighborhood made for some lovely late night walks. Only issue I had was mosquitos were getting inside. We found a hole in a screen on one window where they were getting in. Art personally came and fixed the screen himself. And presto, no more mosquitos! Overall, it was a great stay.

Agustina is an excellent host, always attentive to everything. The apartment is in a safe, quiet and accessible area for walking to tourist places. A few steps away is the oxxo, a fruit shop, bakery, grocery store and pharmacy. As for cleanliness, the apartment was spotless and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. We loved that the building had a rooftop from which you could see the whole city. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. We would definitely come back!!

The apartment was spotless. It is equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The location is very good, it is close to the subway and from there you can explore the entire city. The host responded quickly to all my questions, and there was even a crib available for my daughter. I would definitely come back.

Had a great stay at this unit. Excellent location and can walk to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and attractions. The host was very communicative and the place was very comfortable. The roof deck was a really cool perk as well as the Nespresso machine. Also because I stayed over a week, they did a midweek cleaning of the unit which was awesome. I definitely recommend staying here if you go to CDMX!
