Such a lovely hostess who did everything to make the stay as positive as possible. We love this apartment and can’t wait to return.

The location is very good, buildings very close to the main hotel of Valle Nevado, but due to the distance it is necessary to use the available Transfer or go by car to the vicinity of the ski slopes, the apartment is small, for two people according to the listing, I don't recommend 3. When we arrived the bed linens were dirty, which gave a bad impression of the place, but I talked to Matias, and since he outsources the cleaning, this was overlooked by the cleaning people. Overall, the cleaning was not 100%. Another inconvenience is the plastic curtain in the shower, the place is very small and if you're not careful the bathroom gets flooded, and there was no floor cloth for cleaning. But because of the heating it dries. The bed is leaning against the heater, which made me a little worried when I woke up and leaned against the heater under the window. These are points that need to be well explained at the time of booking, so as not to cause any inconvenience. The water was turned off when we arrived, and we were not warned.

I loved our stay at Matias' studio. The location is unbeatable: with direct access to the slopes (ski-in) and just a few steps from the mountain, which made our skiing experience very comfortable and hassle-free. The place is cozy, ideal for couples looking for a quiet getaway in the snow. Also, having restaurants, a gym, and other amenities within walking distance was a great plus. We would definitely come back. Thanks for a great experience!

Cute little condo right at the ski fields. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The shuttle bus drivers are fantastic. Gonzalo even arranged an early check in and luggage storage for us! Our only criticism would be to provide more timely information about ski storage and lockers. Some more kitchen basics would add real value for overseas travellers like ourselves. Overall a great stay. 😁
