L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti è disposto su due piani con 4 camere da letto (5° opzionale da richiedere), 2 bagni ed ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

Next to the kitchen there is a mirrored door that gives access to the bathroom obtained in the old tower adjacent to the studio. The walls have been treated while keeping the authentic appearance of the historical space intact.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.
