This is a second floor, private 1-bedroom unit 4-5 miles north of downtown MPLS. We are close to many restaurants. There is a private flat roof deck right outside the entry. Rental includes access to shared fire pit and grill. Shared laundry is available upon request at basement level which is accessed from outside of the second floor unit. The first floor is a private unit in which we reside with a baby. See “other details” section regarding how we try to minimize our noise for your comfort.

This unit is attached to a larger home (available for rent). However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by renting this space or the entire house. We may ask for identification for adults staying at the house. If asked, this will be needed in order to keep your reservation confirmed.
