Furnished to a high standard The cottage is canal facing, with picturesque views, you can watch the ducks & Narrow boats go past while you have breakfast from inside the cottage. Are two excellent country pubs right on the doorstep of the property both serve food and a vast selection of drinks. We facilitate Individuals, couples & families at the cottage and do our upmost to supply all the amenities that are required.

A first floor one bedroom flat . Own entrance , off road parking. (URL HIDDEN) Lounge with tv , freeview, dvd , wifi . Folding table with 2 chairs , sofa bed, chair . Kitchenette with microwave, kettle,toaster ,fridge. , equiped with all utensils crockery etc. Milk, tea, and coffee, provided for the first night.Bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Shower room with shaving point, hair dryer. This is a nice compact recently refurbished flat. Access by stairs .

Great location to explore the surrounding area with plenty of country walks on the doorstep and easy walking distance to the village shops and transport. Stylish bathroom and kitchen. Super kingsize bed. 4k Android 43" TV and soundbar. Free Wifi. Electric wood effect stove and electric radiator. Off road parking. Apartment is adjoining our property so we are on hand if needed but is separate from our house so noise isn't an issue.

Swallow cottage has been tastefully decorated throughout with attention to detail. A feeling of luxury and tranquility. The cottage enjoys underfloor heating and fabulous rural views to be enjoyed in the warmer months from the decking outside the kitchen. Patio doors open right up to allow the outside in. The Old Coach House has been rebuilt in 2019 and has been fitted to a high standard for our guests. The accommodation offers everything you could need for a break. Although situated in the main street in Polesworth it is quiet due to the additional insulation in both walls and glazing. The accommodation is situated ideally to explore the Midlands and is not far from Drayton Manor Themepark. Cleaned weekly by professional cleaners - more frequent cleans can be arranged.
