Alone, as a couple, with your children or a couple of friends, we will be happy to welcome you and offer you a breakfast with our homemade products.

🔎DESCRIPTION 🔍 Atypical with its exposed beams, terrace, shed and small outdoor synthetic garden, You will stay in this small stone house, completely restored, 20 m2 on the ground floor + 14 m2 upstairs, very bright and carefully decorated. 📍Val d'Ize 35450 (at the edge of the village) 10 min from Vitré and 20 minutes from Fougères (2 medieval cities), 30 min to Rennes 1 hour from St Malo and Mont St Michel. Bakery, PMU tobacco bar and Carrefour Express within 800 m.

Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

No need to hurry, here you will be on vacation and enjoy at leisure the region, its medieval cities, its narrow streets lined with half-timbered houses and authentic places. Spend a night in an old house, wake up in the morning and feel a little at home to prepare a breakfast. Spread the map on the table and prepare the journey of a day and choose between Fougères, Mont Saint Michel, Cancale, Saint Malo, Vitré or Rennes.
