The village is located about 5 km from the greenway that connects Beaucaire to the Pont du Gard, ideal for a bike ride or walking for the bravest. Local shops (grocery store, bakery, tobacco-press) supermarket and restaurants 5 km away.

Avec ses espaces généreux (190 m2 intérieur, 1250 m2 extérieur) et confortables, la villa possède un espace à vivre de 70 m2, une grande cuisine toute équipée, 5 grandes chambres climatisées, deux terrasses ombragées et un bosquet de chênes verts. La piscine (4x8m) est plein sud. La villa est nichée dans une impasse très paisible où chantent les oiseaux et les cigales.

Located in the heart of a village on the edge of the garrigues, close to the Pont du Gard (15 minutes from Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV station, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 25 minutes from Uzès, 45 minutes from the Camargue and beaches). Access to the owners' pool from early May to late September.

Completely renovated this year, fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor, a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (180 beds or 2X90 Twins) each with their own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Linens are provided, sheets, bath and pool towels.

Greenway near the house, destination Beaucaire at Pont du Gard. Nearby Nîmes, Avignon, Uzès and the sea 60 km away, the Cévennes mountain about 45 minutes away, Les-Beaux-de-Provence... A baby cot is also available (sheets and pillow are not provided for this bed).
