A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Nice House – Beachfront

TY ROUZ is a house ideally located facing the sea in a neighborhood that is very popular for the tranquility that reigns there. The big PLUS (the bedding is of excellent quality) It is an 8-minute walk to the ferry (boat) with which you can reach the walled city in a few minutes. The coastal trail will take you to the most beautiful walks in Concarneau, intimate beaches and small coves, as well as the Porzou woods. You can walk to the supermarket and fishmonger in 5 minutes.

Quiet house with character, Loctudy – Lesconil

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

Le Département du Finistère ne s'y est pas trompé : il a classé ce lieu en Espace Naturel Protégé. Cette maison divisée en deux gîtes, appartenait à mes arrières grand-parents : mon arrière grand-père, Le Youtar de son surnom avait commencé la pêche à l'époque ou l'on ne pouvait naviguer qu'à la voile ...

La Grange, old cottage classified furnished 3*

Renovated house close to mousterlin and letty beaches. This 3* listed cottage consists of a living room dining room with fireplace with wooden stove and two bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed, the other with two 90cm beds. The house is bathed in light thanks to its roof canopies Each bedroom has its own shower room Quality Bedding/Washer/Dryer Dishwasher The garden is enclosed and private. It is equipped with a garden furniture , hammock and barbecue.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

La situation de ce logement est très bien placée pour visiter la région.(Concarneau est à 10min, Pont Aven à 15 min, Quimper 30 min) Si vous aimez marcher vous pourrez directement rejoindre le sentier GR34 de la maison.

With its typical architecture and bordered by hydrangeas, this cottage was renovated in 2025. All the furnishings and bedding are brand new for your comfort. Hortense is closed to our main house, ideally located halfway between Concarneau and La Forêt-Fouesnant, providing easy access to numerous beaches (5 km) and hiking trails along the GR34.
