Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows provide access to the terrace and small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the gîte. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. Plus près de la mer ? impossible ! Par beau temps ou sous la tempête, peu de gîtes en Bretagne offre une telle proximité avec la mer et le large. Le Département du Finistère ne s'y est pas trompé : il a classé ce lieu en Espace Naturel Protégé. Cette maison divisée en deux gîtes, appartenait à mes arrières grand-parents : mon arrière grand-père, Le Youtar de son surnom avait commencé la pêche à l'époque ou l'on ne pouvait naviguer qu'à la voile ...

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.
