Kathy’s spot was a welcome retreat tucked away from Lebanon town center. Lovely hammocks and a big backyard with lots of birds and peepers to lull you to sleep. We adored this overnight stay and were super thankful for the clear instructions and responsive host. WiFi was easy to log onto and very fast. Despite some snow and a power outage, our family had a nice, relaxing Thanksgiving holiday at this property. The gas fireplace was a blessing and helped us stay warm during the outage. The house was well-equipped and had all amenities as advertised. Merrill was a great host!

We had a wedding to attend at The Barn on the Pemi. Vikis place is literally only a 4 min drive away! Great place to stay for any event here. Very peaceful !

Loved this house. Beautiful views and neighborhood. Lovely to walk the surrounding area. Rare and important, all the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked and set up for cooking. Be aware that the kitchen is set up with seating at the center island for 4 in a row, but there is no dining table. So if you are more than 4, someone stands or sits separately in the living area for meals. Beyond that, we found everything as described and look forward to returning!

Mary's place was great. Everything was exactly as described and Mary gave very clear instructions for check in and responded quickly to text messages. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Loved staying at Henniker Manor. Amenities listed were all included and area was clean and neat. Bedrooms were satisfactory and kitchen was large and clean as well. Host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay at Henniker Manor!

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Daniel and Monica were great hosts that responded to any questions or needs. They live right next to this guest house so we’re quick to respond. This house is a bit small but has enough space for up to three or maybe one more on the sun porch if using an available air mattress. It is comfortable and homey. The bedroom in the basement is fine but the rest of the basement is mostly unfinished. The pool would be a nice feature but it was too early in the season for a dip in the cold water. Plenty of stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes of here including a Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and big REI store among many others.

Great stay and was exactly what we needed for our entire family for a weekend wedding!

We stayed for three nights to visit the surrounding Cape Ann area. Ian’s place was fabulous - private, spacious, and fully equipped with amenities including a BBQ stove by the pool. Space is larger than the pictures looked like and furnitures were of high qualities. Highly recommended for anyone travelling in the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Big Red house in New London! The host, Chris, was so helpful in working with our dates. We traveled to New London for my mother-in-law's celebration of life, and I could not think of a better place to stay with my family and close family friends. The children (and adults!) enjoyed the game room and other amenities such as the screened porch and hot tub. We would have used the sauna/cold plunge if we had more time. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very private but easy access and close to downtown New London which was perfect for us. Again, I must highlight how gracious and helpful the host was - it was one of the best experiences I had so far with Airbnb. Please consider staying here - you will love it!

We stayed for a friends wedding and it was less than 10 minutes to the venue. The place was clean, easy to access and perfect for a group of us to stay!

My family and I had a great long weekend stay at Rafael’s Lake Winnipesaukee condo. Rafael and his wife Theresa were very helpful with local recommendations for entertainment and eating. We would definitely book there again

Had a great stay! Loved the cabin (was larger than I expected from the photos), was easy to find and Lisa was extremely responsive with any questions. Spent the day skiing at Sunapee and was an easy drive to the cabin. Would happily return!

I stayed at Elaine's Airbnb for a quick weekend getaway to Mount Sunapee. The location is conveniently close to both the town and the mountain. Sunapee is about a 30-minute drive away (give or take), but the property is also within 10 minutes of restaurants. The hospitality was unmatched, and the pictures of the place truly don't do it justice. I was impressed with how clean and beautiful the library suite was. The house and surrounding properties are all stunning and well-kept, which hasn't always been my experience when staying at other locations in New Hampshire. Elaine was incredibly friendly and made my fiancé and me feel right at home! I hope to stay here again when I plan another trip to Mount Sunapee!

The Tilton condo is exactly as Sharon described it!! It was very spacious and clean. We had 2 dogs with us and there was plenty of room to be very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice & had everything you could want to make meals. We both thought the bed was super comfortable and that is very important to us! Sharon was a gracious host leaving us a small treat basket & a basket full of incidentals that we might of forgot to bring! Our overall stay was wonderful, definitely recommend this condo! My wife and I were looking for a quiet, private space to stay in Concord while there on business for several days. Mark's place was perfect. It is spacious, clean and quiet with a nice kitchen which we used almost every evening. Mark and Jan are friendly and very responsive to any communication. The washer and dryer were also a big plus for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Ben and Rachel provided easy to follow, relaxed and clear instructions for everything from accessing the space, house rules, and expectations for how to take our leave. The surroundings are quiet and the accommodations comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. My son lives in the area and we were able to easily spend time together with him and other friends. The proximity to the Newfound Lake area and the mountains made for great recreational opportunities. Thank you Ben and Rachel for a hassle free experience.

Jen and Eric are really great Host. The place is great for us we are three students of NEC and it's like 10 mins drive from the place to college. It had fire place there and the surrounding was beautiful.
