Great stay with great value! It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and ubers to Old San Juan and elsewhere were also super affordable! We did have issues with the shower being either too hot or too cold, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

I had an amazing stay! The hosts communicated exceptionally well and provided great recommendations. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The location was convenient, everything being within walking distance. Highly recommend!!

Eileen’s property was super cute and located in a convenient area with places to eat and a short distance to the beach. The washer and dryer were so convenient as well. I would definitely recommend this place to strangers and love one’s. Also if you get a rental (highly recommend) parking near or at the property isn’t difficult at all. Thank you for hosting us!

My boyfriend and I had a great stay here! Host was very responsive and friendly. We did have a small mishap with our water, something with the pipes, but our host immediately accommodated us with gallons of water and came to fix the issue. We had it fixed within an hour. Would recommend for anyone going on a nice getaway.

This Airbnb was great, perfect location, good amenities, very comfortable, it had everything we needed, easy access to the beach, it had chairs and umbrella for the beach. Johayra was an amazing host.

My daughter and I had a girls trip to celebrate her high school graduation. Marta was a prompt host, the room was exactly as advertised, and the VIEW was top notch. The building itself from the outside is very unremarkable but the room was amazing! Excellent water pressure for the shower, cold AC, hot water. Excellent location to T-Mobile district and to the beaches. The best part was hearing the coqui . Well worth the price and WILL be booking with Marta again. We LOVED our booking with her.

Great place at a central location near the beach and Calle Loíza. Apartment was very clean with everything you may need. The only down side was that the shower temperature jumped from really hot to cold — no in-between :/ but besides that it’s overall a yes.

Great place clean, great location and host was responsive and friendly at all times. She made sure my stay was great for my birthday and I enjoyed the location close to everything. Ubers arrived with no problem to location and many restaurants in the area. Brenda was attentive to my necessities at all times and instructions were clear and easy. Home was clean and confortable. Absolutely beautiful apartment, in a great location. The place was clean, stylish and very comfortable. One of the best parts was the amazing food right downstairs Orozcos! David is a fantastic host, super accommodating and responsive. I'll be staying here in future for any trips back to San Juan. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described — clean, stylish, and perfectly located. Angie was incredibly kind and welcoming, with lots of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Communication was easy and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Stayed Friday- Monday night. Everything was great!! Apartment was a bit hard to find when we initially got there bc we couldn’t see the sign (hidden) but once found, it was easy to check in! (Very detailed) I highly recommend renting out the parking spot right in front of the building if available. Saved us a lot of time. This Airbnb provides 2 white towels to shower with and 2 beach towels. I would recommend bringing your own towels too simply bc they have a sign stating do not stain white linens or towels. I wear makeup so even with makeup wipes there are times a bit of residue is there. So keep that in mind. Also, bathroom does not have a shower door or curtain. That was a bit hard and you have to be mindful not to get the floor wet. Location was super quiet and we felt safe. You’re so close to the beach! You can walk downstairs and enjoy the sunrise on the beach where it isn’t crowded and depending the tides, you can get in. Overall 10/10 would stay again! Thanks Erick!!

Accessing the apartment was very easy as it is located next to the main road. Jesus provided all the step by step instructions with photos how to enter the apartment. The apartment was clean and had everything you need, even a small kichenette to prepare meals. It has an AC which truly was a lifesaver. The location of the apartment is perfect - close to everything (walkable distance) - beaches and also Old San Juan. Jesus was really responsive and helpful with suggestions for the food and activities in the area. I really recommend this apartment and would for sure return.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, it truly felt cozy and welcoming. You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and charming place!

Honestly, I cannot explain how much we loved this location. We traveled with a few friends from the area and even they agreed that this location was absolutely perfect. Yolanda made the entry to the condo easy and smooth and even a little flexible for us. She was beyond sweet and helpful. We did rent a van and loved that it was locked in the gated parking lot (just an added bonus as it was a rental). John left a list of local places to eat and they were all wonderful. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Loved it, second time staying.

This was our first time in Puerto Rico & Juan’s place did not disappoint! The place was even better than the photos, and the views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend booking this stay. Juan is very responsive and helpful. He was flexible with check in/out and overall the building was perfect for a 5 day stay.
