Beautiful studio apartment. Includes one queen and one twin Murphy bed. Also, the apartment has a washer/dryer. The condo features a pool, gym, tennis court, mini-market, and private beach access. The studio can be converted into two rooms with a door divider. The view from the sliding windows is of the city. Only one parking space is available with security. Great studio apartment in the heart of condado. You won't find a better location!! Right in front of el Marriott hotel. One street away from the beach. You have everything and anything at a walking distance. Starbucks is a minute away. The condominium has a gorgeous lobby with wifi. An amazing pool and jacuzzi, a gym and a laundromat! Security 24/7.
