Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

Jose's place is amazing! His attention to detail is unmatched. We had everything we needed right there in the apartment! It's in a great centralized location making it easy to get around! I would definitely stay here again!

It was terrific. We were right on the beach (2nd floor) and the apt is great. The beach is very popular, esp on weekends, so it would not be ideal if you are looking for a super quiet neighborhood. It didn't bother us though (and we are not partiers). It is very well secured. The air conditioning worked well although between the ceiling fans and the ocean breeze, we rarely used it. George was very helpful any time we needed anything.

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOME TO STAY IN IF YOU DEICED TO STAY IN SAN JUAN. EXTREMLY CLOSE TO THE BEACH NICE VIEW FROM THE KITCHEN TABLE AND WALKING DISTANCE FROM ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU WISH FOR. If I come back to San Juan this will be the place I return to for sure!!! 10/10

This apartment was perfect we were 2 couples and we each had our privacy but also had good amount of shared space to hang out in. The apartment was spotless and the air conditioning works amazing and Felix as a host was so responsive and his instructions were on point. Definitely will recommend this place to anyone wanting to go to PR and the area was perfect for visiting viejo San Juan we got $5 Ubers.

This airbnb was perfect! Gerardo was very quick at responding and suggested multiple restaurants in the area to try out, as well as some activities. The view from the balcony is unreal. It was very spacious and could easily accommodate 4-6 people if needed. We had a blast! Thank you, Gerardo.

This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful stays I’ve had in Puerto Rico. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the place was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out at the beach each morning was pure magic. The area felt very safe and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting PR — I’d definitely come back!

This place was very clean, smelled great, and comfortable. There were 4 of us stayed at this place and it was perfect for us. Having a stove and microwave was very helpful. The Roku tv was a nice touch. The beds were super comfy.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

We loved this place!! The location is great. A two minute walk from to the beach and several places to eat on the strip. There’s a 24 pharmacy across the street and a Grocery store five minutes away in an uber. I would most def recommend this Airbnb!!

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

This place is amazing. Exactly like the pics.. Right across from the beach and a bunch of restaurants. Great amenities and very easy access. Aracelis was a great host. Very responsive and communicated well. I would definitely book with her again!!!!

I had a fantastic stay at this studio apartment in San Juan! The space was roomy and comfortable, with a great retro look blended with modern touches. I especially appreciated the large bathroom, king-size bed, and the private balcony. The private pool and direct beach access were definite highlights—it felt like a little oasis. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the 24-hour front entrance security made me feel very safe. The building had a friendly vibe, with both guests and residents being welcoming. The location was also perfect—just a short walk to some excellent restaurants and local spots. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and secure getaway in San Juan!

Jen’s place was in a great location. The floor’s wee beautiful and she had extra linens and pillows which we loved. The linens were fresh and clean. She provided beach chairs. The balcony was a vibe. Not much of a view but fresh air is always key. There was an upscale restaurant located downstairs and plenty of stores/ eateries to enjoy nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

The apartment was a great base location for all of our day trips. This was a relaxing landing spot for us to chill on the balcony, sit by the pool or walk on the beach. The space was big enough to allow the teens an opportunity to avoid adults for a while but also gather in the common area. The apartment was modern and very nice. Provided beach chairs were very much appreciated. We would definitely stay in this apartment again and would recommend it to others.

We did have a very good stay at the Penthouse. The place was extremely clean and the beach and pool areas were great. The food near the T-Mobile area was excellent and the site seeing was also great! Unfortunately getting in with our rental car was very difficult because the front gate was not open and we had to park outside and wait for someone to let us into the parking area and it was a difficult task to say the least, finally did get in and there are no signs to point you to the elevators after we parked our rental vehicle which would had been very helpful since my mother is handicap. All in all that I would recommend you staying at there Penthouse because we really did have a great time and left the place in accumulate condition as we found it. Thank you Joes and Rose. M. Cruz

The condo was fantastic. Balcony was small but great view of the beach. Close to the airport and about 10-15 minutes from great breakfast restaurants! There was restaurants across the street but we didn't try them. walgreens was right across the street as well. Gigi was a great host! She checked on us daily, left us some small snacks and beverages, and even delivered detergent one day! The complex also felt safe and secure.

This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and we were a little nervous. Peter was absolutely amazing. He was very responsive and even gave us some restaurant recommendations. He made our stay so much easier and pleasant. The building was right on the beach and it was simply stunning. Great location and walking distance to some restaurants. Overall, we had an excellent time.

The pictures don’t qualify for the place it is more beautiful of what you can see at the pictures. The views the sunrise and sunset are spectacular at the apartment. The location it is amazing you had security 24/7 .. private access to the pool and security also. A lot of restaurant close by including a supermarket 24/7 in case you need anything for the little ones my 3 kids said was the best vacations ever.

Great location! Just walk out to the beach, across the street to a 24-hour market or pharmacy, and only a 5-7 minute ride to the airport. There are beach chairs, a cooler and other equipment on hand to make your day in the sun everything you need. Eric is very helpful and responsive, making our reservation, arrival and checkout extremely easy. Highly recommend for much needed R&R.

I have stayed in Marbella several times since the location is amazing and this apartment is by far, my favorite. You cannot beat the view! It is beautifully decorated with upgraded bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A major plus, was the white noise sound machines in every bedroom to echo ocean waves. We slept like babies! Beatrice was also very attentive and provided a list of local recommendations. Consider staying in this apartment on your next vacation.

Great place! It was super clean, the beach was just steps away, and has multiple restaurants nearby. Will definitely book again!
