Amazing place to stay — (2 of us, did not cook, etc while we were guests) clean, spacious, no detail overlooked, comfy bed, great location, nearby restaurants & coffee shops, renovated, perfect place to rejuvenate after a day of activities. Host was able to change our dates of arrival, communication outstanding. We would definitely stay here again. Best airBnB we have stayed in. Thank you.

Lourdes was an incredibly warm and welcoming host. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at home with her kindness and attentiveness. Staying at “The Guesthouse Brooklyn” was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were enchanted by the whimsical decor and cozy atmosphere. Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. The space was even more beautiful and inviting than expected. My guest and I immediately felt at home. Deyana was an exceptional host warm, attentive, and proactive in making sure our stay was comfortable. Every detail in the apartment felt thoroughly curated, and it was clear she put great care into creating a unique and welcoming experience. I would definitely recommend the Guesthouse Brooklyn to anyone visiting the area. It’s a hidden gem, and I can’t wait to return!

This amazing apartment screams VIEW and LOCATION! The apartment has sweeping views of Central Park with beautiful sunrises for you to enjoy. It is located within JW Marriott Essex House with a common entry and exit from the hotel. Breakfast and meals are available at the Marriott on paid-basis. It is located at the south entrance of Central Park, its a 1 minute walk to 5th Avenue and a 5 min walk to Times Square. Everything that you may possibly need in New York is located around you. The apartment is on the 32nd floor and is well equipped with essentials. The host along with his property manager, Luke, communicated very well and made our stay comfortable. We will definitely return to this apartment for our next day in NYC !!

Great apartment in quiet street but less than 10mins walk to two subway lines, also some good local restaurant/bar options (we tried Good Ol Days Diner and Therapy Wine Bar 2.0). Apartment itself is modern, clean, and good size. Really nice touch was the selection of drinks in the fridge.

What a beautiful little nook in the heart of Newport. It was a really short walk from the PATH station which made it easy to get/to from, and with so much food and shopping around that area this was the perfect choice! Once you walk in, the space is very cozy while being spacious. Having a kitchen available was excellent for a bit of cooking! To add, Suzanne and Chris had so many little toiletries and things that were thoughtfully provided. That alone was 5 star treatment! Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you guys! 🙏

Felt like a real home! Was very pleased upon immediate entry as they included items to accommodate my family specially (baby-proofed doors and stairs, high chair, etc.). Host was always very responsive and friendly. Everything in home was nice and in great condition. We hope to rent this home again in the future!

If wish there was an option to give Jennifer's place a million stars because this accommodation would be worth them all, and even more! After my last stay when I had asked if there was a microwave available, Jennifer has since added one inside the place, which I sincerely admired her for doing that! Also, she brought me plates and napkins since I forgot to pack both, and she even included a refreshing beverage with a smile when she ran it over to me! Jennifer also left some snacks for me too! Anytime I have to be in that area for any reason, Jennifer's place is the first one I look for and hope that it's available! True perfection♡

Jaleel’s place was extremely clean and looked exactly like the photos. Jaleel as a host was absolutely fantastic! He was so helpful and quick with his responses. I would recommend Jaleel’s place to any and everyone. He gave clear instructions for everything. My next time back in the area I will definitely book with Jaleel again if available. A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

Absolutely loved this place! Wish we had a longer stay. The place is amazing and the outside area is EVERYTHING!! Will definitely stay again when back in the area!

We were in the area for the Five Boro Bike Ride and this place was great! It was very well equipped with lots of amenities we enjoyed eating out on the deck and walked one night to nice Mediterranian restaurant. The location for the ride was excellent. it was a 10 to 15 minute bike ride to the start and only 2 miles from the finish. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The icing on the cake was allowing us to return to the house to checkout after the race, especially as we got rained on and really appreciated a quick shower before our drive home. Highly recommend!

This BnB was awesome! My husband and I visited from out of state for an event and this place was in a perfect location. A short walk from Liberty State Park, it was exactly as described. The place itself was beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable. We would absolutely stay again! (:

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

We had a great time in the apartment, it was clean and everything we needed was there. Just like in the description. Comfortable bed and couch, great appliances, nice bathroom and everything was in good condition. Really close to public transportation and many restaurants. The ac was great after a hot and busy das in the city, it felt like coming home every evening. Thanks!

This Airbnb was perfect for our needs! It was clean, comfortable, and close to public transit. AJ was easy to get a hold of and he even brought us chargers twice. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, too. There are lots of options to eat around the place.

The view of the NYC skyline was exactly as promised in the pictures. Host was super responsive. The place was within walking distance to bus and ferry to NYC.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place
