Monthly Rentals in Confluence Marina

Philippe deserves his Superhost status. His hospitality, good advice on Lyon, availability and the qualities of his apartment (cleanliness, amenities, proximity to transport...) allowed us to have a great weekend in Lyon. The underground parking space is a big advantage for the area. We would definitely recommend Philippe's apartment.

Christophe very kindly welcomed us and his apartment is spacious, comfortable, bright, very quiet and well-equipped. Close to the Perrache train and bus station, also close to a small Casino and a Lidl. Only 15 minutes' walk from a must-see brewery, the Georges brewery. We are very satisfied with our stay, even if the gloomy weather did not allow us to enjoy the pleasant terrace on which the apartment's living room opens.

We had a great time at Claire's place. The apartment is very pleasant and the communication was very fluid. Only small constraint, the bedroom on the mezzanine is more suitable for small children than an adult, because it is difficult to stand on it other than curved. Otherwise everything else is a great welcome. So I recommend this rental 100% for a couple alone or with children (there are lots of toys available, as well as a portable baby bathtub). Very well located accommodation, with public transport nearby, making it easy to get around. There are also lots of restaurants and things to do nearby, perfect for exploring the neighborhood! Jean-Charles was very responsive and super accommodating, especially for my late arrival. I would recommend it in a second!
