Charming 18th century house, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a small hamlet, a true haven of peace, in the countryside, 10 minutes' drive from the sea. Close to Audierne and its port, Pont-Croix and its small town of character, as well as Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Quimper. The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.

The cottage (completely renovated) is located in the extension of a building (former water mill), occupied by the owners. Beaches 10 minutes, shops 5 minutes, many sites to visit, Pointe du Raz... Rental from Saturday to Saturday in July/August.
