Surrounded by fantastic scenery on all sides you don't need to go far to enjoy the beauty of the Lakes. Stroll down to the lake to sit and unwind, walk up onto the Common for amazing views, or explore the lake and island by canoe.

The Apartments Coniston is a property ideally located close to the centre of Coniston village with shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and only a short walk from the lake itself. Apartment 2 is fully furnished, self contained, heated by brand new electric wall heaters and has undergone a partial refurbishment. The full property is family friendly, has on-site parking and is a great base from which to explore the entire Lakeland region. Please note this apartment is fully self-catering.

Ideal for couples and young families. Completed in 2020, The Byre is one of 3 cottages in our old stone barn near Ullswater in the Lake District. Thornythwaite Farm is in Matterdale which is a peaceful valley off the beaten track but with great access to all the popular areas of the Lakes. There are plenty of walks from the door and a good pub, The Royal, is just a short stroll down the road.
