Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Ein Spar befindet sich gleich gegenüber, weitere diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Coop und Migros sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle ist ebenso gleich vor dem Haus, diverse Restaurants und Bars sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Chalet Sagentobel - pure relaxation and yet central

Our vacation home (Chalet Sagentobel) is old, but very cozy! The rushing stream and the infinite silence when it snows are truly special experiences in the chalet. Modern technology (46" flat screen TV, 50Mbit Wi-Fi, radio) and electric ovens in all rooms meet the centuries-old woodwork with a rustic, wood-heated tiled stove. We are happy to host you!
