Monthly Rentals in Convention Center, Anaheim

I enjoyed my stay at this property! David AND his family was/is so welcoming! It’s super quiet and plenty of stores for shopping, in walking distance. The parking is a plus, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. Check in, as well as check out was easy and pleasant. I will definitely stay again, when I’m in the area.

Spend near one month, and just an amazing experience with David’s house. Everything is perfect, quiet and cozy neighborhood with beautiful flowers. Close to the freeways, easy to get anywhere you want. And the host is responsive and warmhearted. Perfect experience overall.

Great stay! The place was very easy to get in and out of, had everything I needed, and was clean and well kept. One note: There’s no central heating/cooling, so you’ll probably want to run the window unit in the summer/winter, or if you’re hot natured like I am. That wasn’t a big deal for me, but between the window unit (which is next to the bed) and the fridge, I could see how the noise could bother light sleepers. That said, this was the perfect fit for me and I would 100% recommend it to others.

Lidia was and is a terrific host. This is the second time we have stayed at her place. She is friendly and very accommodating. We loved it and would definitely book with her again! Thank you again Lidia !
