Monthly Rentals in Coogee

We stayed at Mercedes’ place for a week and had a fabulous time. Spacious and airy, perfectly clean with all mod cons. In particular, I loved the barbecuing station in the verdant garden. It’s in a great location - quiet but five minutes from the beach and bars, cafés, shops etc. Mercedes was super friendly and quick to respond to any queries etc. She left the flat full with everything you’d need on arrival - fruit, snacks, towels etc. - and all you’d need for a longer stay - washing powder, fairy liquid, olive oil, spices etc. In short, we had a great stay!

Very comfortable large bed, very clean and as described, with modern bathroom, kettle , microwave, and essentials to get us settled in. Margaret helped us out with a few issues, as it was rather chilly and wet over the first few days and was very responsive. Nice quiet neighbour too and very convenient as we were visiting family. Danny's house exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable—right on Coogee Beach, where we enjoyed morning strolls and breathtaking sunrises. With cafes, shops, and local attractions all within easy reach, it was the perfect spot for exploring and unwinding. Danny was an exceptional host, going out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. He was incredibly accommodating, always quick to respond and genuinely committed to making our experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for the ultimate beachside getaway, this is the place! We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back.

We have stayed here before and absolutely love that it is the last place in Coogee to lose the sun. The beach is right underneath and the three salt water pools at that end of the beach are within 3 minutes walk!! Great balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Thanks for the excellent communication Virginia. We will be back.
