Beautiful new home within a few minutes drive to Anna Maria Island. it's just across the bridge from the island so great for a morning run to the beach. The house is new in a new neighborhood. Everything was clean and uncluttered. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

I truly enjoyed staying at Boater’s Waterfront Retreat. The house was very clean and well equipped. Ann is an excellent host, always available to answer questions and help make recommendations. It has to be by far one of the best places I have stayed through Airbnb. I absolutely recommend Ann’s place and look forward to staying there again.

This is our second year booking with Vanessa & Nicole. This has become mine and my family’s favorite spot now to stay when visiting Anna Marie and we always have such a hard time when it’s time to leave. This home has everything you need and then some! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking/baking. Plenty of towels for the pool/beach, as well as lots of blankets and plenty of seating in the home. The beds and pillows are so comfy! We loved having dinner on the patio and my kids absolutely loved the pool! It was perfect to cool off in after a day on the boat! My big boys loved the bikes and even rode them to the 711 and comic book store and tried their hand in kayaking too with the kayaks also provider. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you again for letting us stay in your home and we cannot wait to come back!

We celebrated our daughter’s 17th birthday with her friends in Anna Maria, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect spot. Everyone found something they loved—whether it was the soft white-sand beaches and turquoise waters, waterfront bars and restaurants, or the breathtaking sunsets. Each day ended with a refreshing dip in the pool, a routine we quickly came to love. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again!
