Nestled right over the Cortez bridge less than a mile from AMI you will find the Cortez Chateau! This 3 bed/2 bath is a canal front home with dockage for a boat! This home was designed by its builder with a unique layout. The 2 guest rooms share a full bathroom and have separate entrances. They do not connect to the living room/kitchen as the master bedroom does. Great for couples or teens! Walking distance to great restaurants such as Seafood Shack & Tide Tables! Less than a mile AMI beaches!
