Surrounded by beautiful, gently rolling hills, Our Place is kid friendly with plenty of room to roam or relax by the fire with family and friends. A detached garage is available for added security. We are a short drive to Kid’s America, Roscoe Village, Amish country and area wineries. No pets or smoking to protect guests with allergies. Very clean. Perfect for families or hunting groups. Awaken to the sounds of nature's symphony, in this quaint little cabin. Bunk beds and a small table are within the cabin. A small fire ring is located in front, along with a chair on the porch. Multiple walking/hiking trails are located on the mostly wooded property. A self-contained toilet is located in a nearby deer blind. *There is another cabin listed as Songbird Shack. ** While we will be adding electric soon, there is currently none available. Guests must supply their own water as well.

Nestled in the woods at the top of a mile long lane, this little oasis is just the place for hunters to relax and enjoy the country setting. This rustic 1 room cabin is near the main house. We are close by and available. It includes your own fire pit, gas grill, festive outdoor lighting, a fully stocked kitchen and full bath and more than enough space to pull in and park your trailer and ATV. It is a mile from Woodbury Wildlife area, one of the largest state hunting areas in Ohio.

I planned a surprise fishing trip for my husband and chose Creekside Cabins after talking to the very helpful host, Debbie. The directions were clear, and the old barn landmark made it easy to find. We immediately thought, “We should bring the whole family next time!” The Shanty and the big cabin are close together, but noise wasn’t much of an issue. Inside our cabin, we hardly noticed neighbors. The first night it rained, so we grilled and relaxed in the cozy rocking chairs. The bed was very soft — I prefer firmer, but it was comfortable. Mornings with coffee on the patio overlooking the river were peaceful. My husband spent the weekend fishing while I read by the fire pit. The shared shower house was large and clean with good hot water and pressure. We’re already planning to return! Bonus: my husband broke his line trying to reel in a 3-footer and caught several carp — it’s definitely a good fishing spot!

We absolutely loved the house! Kitchen was well stocked and the whole house was clean, decorated and peaceful feeling. I do want to note that there are a few things to be aware of so you are not caught off guard. There is no microwave, or dishwasher in the kitchen. They lovingly did provide us with many things that made us feel welcomed in the kitchen though. There are no tvs in the house but there are toys and many games. We had a lovely time. I also think it’s important to note that the house is older and very beautiful home but the stairs are very squeaky so a bit harder if you have a light sleeper. The host put a lot of thought into making sure we were comfortable. We would definitely stay again! It was very close to our event at Ravens Glenn which is what brought us down there.

Upgraded ( no additional charge ) to this cabin prior to arrival due to maintenance being done on the one we booked. Place was perfect for two day getaway. Third time staying at Roscoe Village Cabins. Never an issue. All three times have been perfect.

The Acacia is architecturally stunning and beautifully appointed; it’s truly one of a kind. The spaces are thoughtfully designed/decorated and immaculate. From check-in to check-out, our hosts were super responsive and easy to communicate with. The stairs are very steep, so keep that in mind. Highly recommend to anyone traveling in the area. The blueberry muffins were the best we’ve ever had; we are still reminiscing about them!

We booked a last minute cabin and we will definitely be back! My husband and I agreed that if there was a hot tub, we would skip hocking hills and frequent here more often. That was the only downside, but it won’t keep us from booking again. Charlene has a guidebook which was awesome to use during our stay when we ventured out for the day :) highly recommend if you are looking for a getaway that is clean and has everything you need!
