Holiday rentals with a patio in Costa Mesa

I stayed at Bree’s place for two months and had a great experience. The apartment was exactly as listed: clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a longer stay. It was spotless when I arrived, which really set the tone for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen, in-unit laundry, and balcony were super convenient and really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and public transit, but still nice and quiet. Bree was an awesome host, always quick to respond and really easy to communicate with. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located spot.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in. Beautiful and beautifully maintained apartment with just the right balance of original charm and updated finishings; situated in an incredibly lovely neighborhood that's a quick walk to the beach and nearly everything else you need; spacious patio *and* a little balcony on which to soak up the sun and your coffee or a sunset and wine. Pamela, the host, was communicative, friendly, generous, and thoughtful. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Pamela!

I loved this place. It was simple, peaceful, the neighbors were really friendly. There’s a patio where you can relax in the amazing Southern California weather. Things that could be better: the shower has NO grippage, is a big potential slip and fall. The filter on the ac needs to be changed—it’s stuffy and I was always opening the door to air out the place. But never mind, I would come back here again and again!

Will was a very responsive host and had great recommendations for the area. Just be aware that since this is an attached space to the next-door neighbors, the sound from upstairs is a bit prominent like footsteps/loud sound. Couple of knick knacks like the shower door and fridge door were to be fixed, but that was acknowledged to be repaired. Otherwise, I would love to stay here again.

My husband and I wanted the comfort of a home after extending a business trip. We had everything we needed at this apartment! We especially loved the view from the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the beautiful walking path nearby. I also appreciated SunnyStay’s excellent communication and instructions.

Central location with great access to the beach and short ride to the center of Laguna Beach. Drakes is a wonderful restaurant next door to the apartment.

We were in the area for our son’s college graduation weekend, and Chunjiang’s place was a beautiful, tranquil spot to come and go from. The rooms were spotless and nicely designed with thoughtful touches everywhere - useful toiletries in the bathroom, coffee, water, chocolates and fully stocked dish and cookware in the kitchen, and extra pillows and blankets for the beds (which it turned out we needed as it was unusually cold when we were there). Even better than all of that though was the beautiful terrace with multiple places to sit, eat, relax and enjoy the spectacular array of plants, fragrant flowers and native birds. It was a true oasis that you don’t want to leave!

Overall, our family had an amazing stay and would stay here again! This home is absolutely beautiful and the views / amenities were spectacular! Ethan & Ellie were very quick at communicating with us and we could tell they really wanted us to have a great stay. Even the mechanic/maintenance guy that came was super friendly, knowledgeable and nice. We could tell the whole team wanted us to have a 5 star stay and we did! Thank you all!

Great place to stay! Close to Disney, which is why we stayed and there was plenty of room to park in the driveway. The neighbors were pretty loud, but that's not his fault. The only trouble we had was with the door code, it just took a few times entering it for it to finally unlock, but overall very simple. The biggest highlight for me was the linens. I've stayed in a lot of airbnbs where the bedding didn't feel 100% clean, but this was very fresh and clean and the overall place was super clean. If you're planning to sleep on the pullout couch, I might suggest bringing an air mattress cause its a bit stiff, but not a huge issue. He was very communicative and the outdoor space would have been great to grill in if we were staying longer. Would stay again!

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and overall felt like I was at home. Cat was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Check-in was seamless, and all the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was ideal—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or a longer stay, this place is a gem. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, and stress-free experience!

Jaiver was very kind and friendly and made sure our entire stay was comfortable for us! The house was decorated nicely and clean. He replies back very quickly if you have any questions. We felt just right at home and would definitely come back. :)

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!
