It is a beautifully located vacation home, on a hillside 80 m above sea level with 180 degree sea views from the spacious sun deck, embedded in rocky surroundings and Mediterranean vegetation. This accommodation’s location is unique and offers a stunning view of the sea, the Li Cossi canyon and the surrounding nature. From the veranda you can see beautiful sunsets (for several months of the year it can be seen directly into the sea) and from the terrace you can admire the sunrise over the peaks of surrounding hills. The sea, where the path to the famous sandy beach of Li Cossi begins, is 1 km on foot or 2.2 km by car. The house is 900 meters from the center.

As designers, I (Sabrina) and my boyfriend Daniele decided to buy this apartment and restore it to its original condition, respecting the design and materials of the 70s. Villa La Cuata

An oasis of peace in one of the most evocative places in Northern Sardinia, Costa Paradiso. Enjoy a unique sunset from the two terraces, with spectacular views of the Asinara and the Bocche di Bonifacio. The house has an equipped kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Wi-Fi is also available, but we doubt you'll use it.
