Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et paisible situé vers le fameux spot de planche à voile et de kitesurf de Porto Pollo avec son centre MB Pro. La maison se trouve à 650 m de l'une des plus belles plage de la Sardaigne. Seule la Macchia vous sépare de la plage avec une vue sur les deux baies de la baia di delphini et de l'isola dei gabbiani. Un chemin privé à travers la Macchia vous mènera vers la plage en 2 minutes à pieds, vélo ou en voiture. Nettoyage 3x par semaine inclus.

Bellissimo terrazzo sul mare dove fare colazione e cena guardando il faro di Porto Faro e le barche che veleggiano verso La Maddalena. Esci di casa e sei subito in spiaggia. Per i mesi di LUG ed AGO si richiede prenotazione di almeno 2 settimane consecutive. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti extra, solo su richiesta (30euro/pers). N.B. La Fonda Porto Rafael

Built on two levels, with private access to Porto Rafael’s ‘piazzetta’ and beach, this unique property boasts an upper terrace with a fully equipped kitchen, barbeque and outdoor dining. The lower terrace gives access to the house via a set of French doors, both terraces offering spectacular sea views. The open space with lounge and kitchen and the three bedrooms (two with en suite) are furnished in typical Sardinian style with a contemporary touch.
