Son Real d'Alt es una mansión "antigua possessió mallorquina" que se remonta al siglo XV dedicada a la agricultura, rehabilitada en 2015 (respetando sus raíces y vistiéndola de modernidad) para poder dedicarla al alquiler vacacional, en ella se puede disfrutar de la auténtica Mallorca rural. Consta de 100.000m2 de bosque, campos y plantaciones, con una vivienda de 350m2 ubicada en lo alto de una colina con una extraordinaria vista a la Sierra de Llevant y sus maravillosas salidas del Sol.

Ideal for families or close friends. Upstairs: Open double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and view over the living room, plus an additional bedroom with two single beds. Both share the same bathroom. Downstairs: Two double bedrooms with shared access and one shared bathroom (see floor plan).

Can Fussimany is a manor house dating back to 1618, located just a short walk from La Residencia. It remains one of the few traditional manors in Deià that still preserves its original olive press (Tafona) and private chapel. The Finca Can Tiro is located about 1 km outside of Costitx on a well-kept garden plot. You can expect a lovingly restored house with a floor space of about 90 m2 with a typical natural stone facade. The house offers with its modern comforts such as German satellite TV, free Internet access via WLAN, flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with bar, everything for a relaxing stay. For a stay in the off season, a wood-burning stove is available for heating.

Nuestra casa os espera! Si quieres sentirte un isleño, nuestra casa es ideal! Zona bien comunicada, con vecinos y en en un pueblo con muchos servicios. No dudes en escribirme ! Recuerda que la piscina no esta calentada (ideal de mayo a septiembre), en la casa hay una estufa de leña ( regalamos la primera cesta de leña), dos calentadores eléctricos y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones).
