Five acres of private space: terrace, BBQ area, swimming pool, fish basin & children's swing set. Accommodation is over two floors, with ample open-plan living area and kitchen on the ground floor. More Hobbit than Batman (no parking), this little cave house is built into the limestone cliff above the beautiful Provençal village of Cotignac. One of the most enchanting properties in the area, it has a garden with roses, palms, cacti and oleander. Panoramic view of the village. Parking nearby but the property has no vehicle access, only steep narrow path. This is the owner’s painting studio - easel available. Eagle owls nest above - no late parties/loud music.
