This small but comfortable home has amenities galore, is nestled on a double lot just 2 blocks from the river & 1 block away from a popular biking/walking trail. Sleeps 5 people comfortably. Unpaved driveway with ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. A place where authentic paddle wheel riverboats and gondolas glide the waters. Historic Main Street shopping, dining, lodging and entertainment are yours inside this charming town. Beautiful Stillwater is a short drive from the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul and Wisconsin border.

Updated country home located one mile north of Afton Alps ski hill and golf course. We are across the road from Afton State park with miles of walking trails and the St. Croix River. You will love how peaceful this space is. There is also a fire ring and plenty of firewood to enjoy sitting outside. Large patio to enjoy coffee in the morning or a barbeque. This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, free parking spot out back, plus a big backyard where your pup can stretch their legs. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet.
