Monthly Rentals in Cottonwood

Andrew and his co-hosts were very communicative, responsive, and flexible. The pool was clutch, as we were not used to the heat of Northern California in June, and very much appreciated the ability to cool off in the water every day (also kept our kids entertained). The location was beautiful and close to amenities. Would definitely stay there again the next time we visit our family who live in the area.

The house was as described and looked just like the photos. Perfect cozy place while in town visiting family.

We loved our stay here! We felt so comfortable and relaxed in this home. The owner lives next door and is so kind; he accepted us with our pets , and made sure our dogs had the right accommodations to stay cooled off in the heat. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again!
