Propriété de 11 hectares située à 3´de Sautron, 15’ de Nantes et 45´ de La Baule et de ses plages. Elle est composée de 5 chambres, salon, salle à manger, billard, salon télévision et cuisine. Elle est équipée d'une piscine, d'un tennis, d'un étang et est entourée de bois. La maison n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite (présence de marches et escaliers)

In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.
