Idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Vous disposez de terrasses, de jardin et chemins pour ballades. La proximité de la ville du Mans permet un accès très rapide à de nombreuses activités. Accès circuit 24 h direct en 10' Proximité du pôle européen du cheval 12' Abbaye de l'Épau et Cité Plantagenêt 15'.

Quiet independent accommodation with its private entrance located in our house. Private parking space on the property. Bedroom with a double bed and its ensuite shower room + toilet. A large living room and kitchen with fridge, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, induction stove and microwave entirely reserved for tenants. The accommodation also has a small private terrace. This apartment is composed of a spacious living room with a nice open equipped kitchen, with coffee, tea and condiments at your disposal. It also has a bedroom and bathroom with bathtub.
