Holiday rentals with a patio in Council Bluffs

Sanjar was an accommodating and flexible host with a stunning property. He was responsive, kind, and cheerful when communicating. The property itself is sparkling clean and beautifully appointed; the 15th floor view can’t be beat. Generous linens and toiletries, comfortable furniture, and great workstation. This is a great find for a weekend spent in the city. Thank you for everything!

With the awesome back and front porches at the foot of the bluffs, this was a great place to stay. Sure it’s an older home and not very big, but it was priced right for everything that was included. Will stay again!!

Eva’s place was amazing-super cool & comfortable. Very nicely stocked with coffee and extras. The close location to Turner Park and Midtown Crossing was perfect for my pup Eva to get in walks and potty time. The building is a very midcentury which was fun to experience. Parking is convenient and the check-in/checkout was exceptionally easy. What a great stay! 🐾

I had the opportunity to meet Denise and was delighted. She is friendly and helpful. The rooms were as described, comfortable and very clean. I didn't check before hand, but the heatung and A/C is set upstairs and you're unable to adjust it downstairs. It stays a fairly comfortable temperature thoguh and there is a portable fan in the bedroom.

We had a really nice stay! We visited some friends in Nebraska the place is very nice! The only thing is the fire alarms were super touchy, the upstairs guest cooked food that set the fire alarms off & smelled up the bottom floor. Other than that it was a super nice stay & the host even let us cook on the grill I’d definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Mariah's place and would gladly stay here again. The apartment was spacious, clean and welcoming! It was well stocked and left nothing missing! You can tell someone took great care in furnishing it and making it that you feel right at home. As we arrived late after an international flight, it was possible for us to do a self-check in which really helped. The only thing we thought was a bit impersonal (you can tell it's probably run by a company) was the communication. Although we had booked and communicated that we were gonna arrive with little children they forgot to make the sofa bed which was a bit stressful in the middle of the night with three small jet-lagged children. We ended up finding the stuff because the apartment was well organized so in the end it was not too big of a problem jusr a bit stressful. We would have thought that they would at least apologize which they didnt which is why we would say the communication should be a bit better/personal.

If you’re staying in Omaha, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. From views, location and comfort, I can’t recommend it enough 10/10.

Great house with nice backyard for kids to run around in.

The house was clean, we enjoyed the fenced space in the backyard. Appreciated their flexibility with our checkout time so we could let the kids run around until we had to be where we were headed for the day.

This was a great option for my family to stay in during our 4 day visit. My husband works from home and there was plenty of space to keep my baby and I separate from him when needed. The kitchen is large and has everything you could need, this was a big help for us. The kids book was awesome and my 15 month old loved it. The hostess was quick to respond and I would definitely stay here again

We had a great time staying here! Close to Old Market and easy access to many other places such as the zoo and the pedestrian bridge. The house was a roomy and clean. My teen daughter mentioned where we stayed as a highlight of the trip. We would stay here again!

This house is decorated so cute! Very close to the zoo, Lauritzen, and the highway which makes navigating easy. Appliances are newer and great. Cozy living room. Bath and pantry amenities were helpful while traveling. Things to note but not deal breakers ::: The rooms are small so we had to have our suitcases out and my kiddo slept in the closet on a small air mattress because there’s not much floor space. It worked for us. There are a lot of steps up to the front door. Hauling my suitcase up was a bit precarious and not great for having kids up and down. Easy place to find. I would recommend this space for a smaller and agile/healthy group. Thanks for the stay!

Jordan’s home in Omaha was perfect for me and my friends to stay in for my sisters graduation! Everything was super clean, instructions were clear and easy to understand, and it looked exactly like the photos! Jordan was super helpful with questions I had as well. I would love to come stay here again!

I wholeheartedly recommend this fabulous home and wonderful host/owner. I do not think one could find another home in Omaha that offers all this AirBnB provides. All of the reviews are accurate; so what can I add? I’ll start with the most important, the beds are very comfortable both in quality of mattress and linens. The home is immaculately clean and there is so much space to spread out or to gather together around the center island or on the deck. You will not forget the esthetic and care with which Bill has filled his home. And as grand as this AirBnB is, it does not lose sight of comfort, clean and inviting. The deck provides the perfect place for both morning coffee and evening tea or wine and was hard to leave on both sides of the day. Bill takes hosting seriously and generously provides kitchen cooking essentials - think seasonings, pantry staples; and a bottle of red wine and both beer and a bottle of Prosecco. Whitney was quick to respond to our needs/questions. House is simple but clean. Parking can be confusing in the back lot and street parking is limited in the evening. Overall met our needs. Would book again.

Place was very nice and centrally located to everything we needed. Huge bedrooms and lots of space. Host was very easy to deal with, communicated great. Only downside is how loud the street is at night (very busy road) but there were ear plugs in the nightstands if needed. Would definitely stay there again if the need arose!

Jane went above and beyond — and yes, that’s a cliche, but seriously — she did more than what I ever would have expected any host to do to make sure we enjoyed our getaway weekend. She was incredibly informative, helpful, and accommodating - I will be sure to book with her again when I return to Omaha!

I felt very safe and secure at this location. Lots of construction in the area but nothing that could bother you. Just upgrading these horrible roads in Omaha. It was a comfy home like spot. I loved having the balcony. The bed was super comfy. The place was cool and I plan to stay there again! Jamar was super cool and responsive. Thank you!

We loved staying here! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the neighborhood was amazing. Off street parking was as described, but a little tight for our vehicle. We would definitely stay here again.
