Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

The Causeway Coast Cabin is a charming self-catered unit, located on the North Coast of Northern Ireland between Bushmills and Ballycastle. Within a 10 minute drive from the "must see sights" of the North Coast, such as The Giants Causeway and the Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge. The Cabin is fully equipped with a king size bed, kitchenette, small and cosy reading corner and a private en-suite bathroom. It's a perfect base for exploring the North Coast, central to the main attractions and just 2 miles from the Causeway.

The Floating Boathouse at Carrickreagh FP250

A unique stay on Lough Erne. This fully floating house boat is finished to an exceptional standard. The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request. There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge. Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included). There is a full shower room. All bedding & towels are provided.

The Loft apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard and is situated above our double garage with a private entrance via an external concrete staircase. Open plan living with an elevated king size bed and pull out child bed (170cm). Fully functional kitchen with gas hob and dining space. Luxurious bathroom with towels and toiletries included. Outside the loft there is a patio space with wood burning hot tub solely for Loft guests to enjoy.
