(8-16 personen) Dit vrijstaande Herenhuis uit 1935 bevindt zich midden in het centrum van Emmen op slechts enkele minuten lopen van uitgaan, station, bos, Wildlands en het Rensenpark. Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. Je huurt de gehele bovenwoning en deel van de onderwoning met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. Welkom bij ‘B ‘t Oale Spoor’, op onze fijne plek direct aan de rand van de Sallandse Heuvelrug in het gezellige dorp Hellendoorn! Achter in de tuin staat ons gastenverblijf met privétuin, woonkamer, pantry-keukentje, badkamer/toilet, slaapk met 2-p bed, slaapzoldertje met 2 bedden boven de keuken en 1 bed op vide slaapkamer. Centrum en station op loopafstand. Maar we wonen ook heerlijk vrij, direct aan het bos en Pieterpad. Kijk ook eens op Vakantieinhellendoorn of bedandbreakfast.
