Our house is located in the countryside, quiet, near Nocé and 1h45 from Paris. Come and recharge your batteries! We are 1h45 from the Normandy beaches and 1h30 from the Loire Castles. This is our second home (not a year-round house). It therefore contains some of our memories, but we are happy to share it! You will come across two little cats that were adopted in August 2021. Single-story Percheron farmhouse: living room with equipped kitchen, lounge (wood-burning stove, sofa bed for 2 people (sheets not provided), TV, desk), bedroom (double bed 160 × 200 cm – sheets provided) on the garden level with access to the wooden terrace, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), toilet.

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
