Notre maison est située en pleine campagne, au calme, près de Nocé et à 1h45 de Paris. Venez vous ressourcer ! Nous sommes à 1h45 des plages normandes et 1h30 des châteaux de la Loire. C'est notre résidence secondaire (pas une maison louée à l'année). Elle contient donc une partie de nos souvenirs, mais sommes heureux de la partager ! Vous croiserez deux petites chattes recueillies en août 2021. Très douces avec les enfants, autonomes grâce à la chatière. Allergiques aux chats, s'abstenir 😉

Perche house 150 km W Paris, charm and comfort

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. It is a small house, chic and refined, English cottage style, romantic at will, furnished with antique pieces, patinated furniture, dressed in noble and floral fabrics, cozy charming and comfortable. In the heart of the old town of Mortagne-au-Perche, on a very quiet street 200 m from the center, it offers a garden side (300 m2 wooded) with a magnificent view of the Percheron valleys. It is a small townhouse and a balcony over the countryside, ideal for discovering the charms of Perche.

Cozy 140 m2 house completely renovated in 2020, nestled in a green setting within a group of 16th century buildings, whose main house was built by Marguerite Goëvrot, heiress of the lands of La Coudrelle by her Father, Jean Goëvrot, ordinary doctor of the King and Queen of Navarre. 5 minutes from the village of Bazoches for small purchases (bakery – grocery store) and 10 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche. you will be seduced by the tranquility of the place, very well preserved.

Tree house above the water

1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris Montparnasse, we will come to pick you up by car. We are 10 minutes from the Courville-sur-Eure train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

Authentic Perche family home

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

Charlotte's house for 6 people

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Après avoir sillonné les nombreuses balades au départ de la maison ( à pied, à cheval en auto ou à vélo), récréatives, sportives ou bucoliques, venez prendre du repos au fond du jardin, au bord de la Corbionne ou réjouissez vous devant un bon feu…
