Valgine will be happy to welcome you to the heart of Perche! Our small townhouse is completely renovated, Gîte with a capacity of 4 people. Located in the center of a typical village. 4 km from the shops of Mortagne au Perche and 2 km from the Chapelle Montligeon near the forest of St Mard de Reno. Alençon approx. 35 km. Hiking and horseback riding 2 km away, greenway access 400 meters from the accommodation. Restaurants nearby. Vaulted cellar, Patio, BBQ, garden furniture.

Authentic Perche family home

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and Bellême, two towns classified as small towns of character. You can admire the basilica of Notre Dame de Montligeon, 10 minutes from the studio. Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions in the region. We are close to the forests of Bellême, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cider mill, cheese maker, organic vegetables & others.

I rent my country house, large house in the Perche with fireplace, pellet stove, central gas heating, near the Réno forest, large unheated pool, petanque court, ping-pong table, very beautiful and large garden with trees and flowers. I provide bed sheets, hand and bath towels as well as condiments, salt, pepper, oil, etc. And I make the beds for your arrival to be even more enjoyable!
