The accommodation includes: 1 ground floor with open kitchen, living room, TV room (Box + wifi) with sofa bed, bathroom/toilets; 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with balcony (from where it is possible to see the pond) separated by a dressing room. Several parking options are available near the house. Small courtyard with gate where you can put bikes.

Small house freshly renovated in a quiet and green environment, close to the historic center. Guests can enjoy a pleasant little shaded garden not overlooked with its terrace. Free parking reserved in front of the house. Tram 2 at 400 m 30 min to Comédie on foot or 15 min to tram, 15 minutes from the beach by car. An outdoor hot tub can be provided on request. Parties are strictly prohibited out of respect for the neighborhood and because we live next door.

The large bay window will allow you easy access to the garden through the "fitness area". Montpellier city center is 8 km away. The tram to Occitanie station is 10 minutes by car, bus number 23 is in front of the apartment. You can ask us for any special help.
