We had a great stay in this very nice, well-equipped and perfectly located house. The place was clean and as advertised. The hosting was warm and the communication was easy. We would highly recommend this property!

Looks exactly like the photos and super convenient to town. The city center, many restaurants and Les Halles are all walkable making this a great choice for exploring Narbonne. AC and WiFi worked very well and the parking spot is assigned to the unit, so no searching! If you’re driving a car larger than a standard European-size car, the spot may be a bit tight but I had no issue with my rental car. Thank you Karyne for being a responsive, proactive host too!

Very nice apartment, very bright and very well decorated. Very close to the center. We had a pleasant stay.

Wilfried had already come out and was waiting for us when we arrived. He also guided us around the house meticulously. The parking lot was in the accommodation, so I was comfortable. The accommodation was a studio, but it was quite spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. I was able to enjoy tea time in the garden, but the wind was so strong that I had to postpone it to next time. I recommend it to anyone

Very convenient apartment, perfectly located near the Canal du Midi and the village center. Patrick and Annie have very well furnished this apartment which is very functional and very comfortable in addition to being beautifully decorated. My husband and I had a great stay and are ready to do it again.

Quiet and intimate for the place , relaxing with the spa, with impeccable bedding, an available and discreet host and nice little ones. The arrival and departure times are applicable. We will be happy to come back. Thank you Camille.

Still perfect. I really appreciated the air conditioning with this hot weather. The studio is very well insulated and you just need to turn on the air conditioning a bit before going to bed. Everything else is great... that's why I come back regularly. So, I can only advise.

Patrick’s apt. is conveniently located to go to visit the cathedral, restaurants/cafe, the famous market, view of the canal which is across the street. The thing I liked most is how bright and airy it is, lots of big windows. It felt homey. Also, the gare SNCF is walking distance if you want to sit it nearby towns. Patrick is a wonderful host, quick to respond to any questions or issues. I will stay in his apt. again next time I visit Narbonne. Thank you, Patrick!

Apartment matches the listing and the description. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. Check-in instructions are clear and accurate. Pierre Marie is welcoming, available and responsive. Accommodation to recommend!
