We absolutely loved staying at this cute, clean place. It was really nicely decorated, free of clutter, everything was new and comfy, but the best thing was the view, deck, and hot tub. Oh, and the frogs at night. Just the sweetest piece of country land to be found. The beds were amazing, linens were great. Honestly, nothing to say other than I will and would book this place again. If you're looking for a beautiful night sky, hot tub under the stars, and a great home to call home, this is it. Great host, too :)

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Logement agréable dans lequel rien ne manque . Superbe vue sur la vallée de la terrasse. L'hôte est très réactif. La piscine est un petit plus en période de forte chaleur. L'accessibilité au logement est un peu compliqué mais c'est le prix à payer pour la vue et la tranquillité

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Apart from getting very lost trying to find it we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is really beautiful and perfect for our party of 9 (including a baby & toddler). The pool was really fun and we enjoyed the ping pong table. The house was very well equipped and we found lots to do within 30-40 min drive. Lovely restaurant in Coly (10 min drive) opposite the church and great supermarket in Terrasson (15 min drive). Lots of local markets, Sarlat was especially good. Would definitely recommend this beautiful house and we hope to be back one day!

Charmante petite maison très joliment décorée, au calme en pleine nature au bord d'une voie verte (nombreux sites touristiques accessibles en vélo par des routes/chemins très peu fréquentés). Diane est très soucieuse de votre bien être. Très bel endroit pour se ressourcer et profiter de ce coin de Périgord à l'écart des bruits et de la foule.

Un vrai havre de paix ! Le grand jardin, la piscine et le spa offrent un cadre idéal pour se détendre. Le logement est confortable, très propre et conforme à l’annonce. L’hôte est attentionné et disponible. Un séjour ressourçant que je recommande sans hésiter !

Wauw, wat een plek. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Het huisje is prima. Fijn dat er twee douches zijn. Het zwembad mochten we gebruiken en dat was echt super! Den hosts zijn heel aardig en bieden hulp waar nodig.

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

Honestly one of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed at we didn’t want to leave! Absolutely gorgeous and serene. There is a calmness to the area and everything in the house made it so easy. Our family had a magical time here and Jil was incredible. So helpful and kind. It was like visiting and staying at an old friend’s. The town was beautiful with very friendly people. Jil and Thomas have thought of everything you might need to the stereo system outside to the bbq and electric shutters for a perfect night sleep. We can’t wait to come back again and make it a tradition to stay here! 😍

Habitation avec beaucoup de caractère, très bien équipée et très beau potentiel parfaitement exploité. Laurence et Jean-Michel sont très accueillants, prévenants et disponibles. Jean-Michel amateur passionné de boulangerie, nous a concocté des viennoiseries et du pain excellents pour notre petit déjeuner. (Commande sur demande). Lieu idéal pour passer un très bon moment de détente. Beaucoup de villages pittoresques à visiter aux alentours. Merci à eux, et au plaisir d'y retourner.

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

Our stay was a lovely dream. The outdoor kitchen and pretty garden with bath was a place you might envisage in a fantasy. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates. Although the weather was unusually hot we were nice and cool within the traditional thick stone walls of the house. It was wonderful to sit in the garden and watch the canoes floating round the bend of the the winding Dordogne river. We are very grateful for the experience. Thank you Steve and Eve. What a great place . We stayed with our dog for a week and it was fantastic . Belves itself was beautiful, with enough bars and restaurants to keep you entertained . Market day on Saturday is a must . Loads to do in the area. Would really recommend this charming home which is very well located . We especially enjoyed sitting in the courtyard of an evening enjoying a glass of wine .

Een mooi charmant huis en met smaak gerenoveerd. Echt gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle comfort. Het huis is gelegen in een rustige omgeving met een prachtig uitzicht. Leuk met de verschillende zit en ligplekken in de tuin en het zwembad is zeker een meerwaarde. We werden warm verwelkomd door Natasja en ze gaf ons goeie tips om de regio te verkennen. Kortom een echte aanrader, weg van de drukte en een plek om echt te relaxen!

A beautiful, peaceful base from which to explore this wonderful area - so much to see and do! The house is really lovely and is in a gorgeous setting and Patricia has thought of everything! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, le logement est fonctionnel et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Le cadre en pleine campagne est idyllique et propice à la détente. Les hôtes Noël et Evelyne sont des personnes vraiment gentilles et sympathiques, toujours disponibles pour prodiguer de bons conseils. Le logement est bien situé, à proximité de nombreux lieux incontournables. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons !
