House was modern, clean and quiet, very happy with it. Host was friendly and quick to respond, and there was a great welcome hamper when I arrived. Garden was tidy and nice to sit out in the sun when possible. Good location. Would happily stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at 70 Aubrey Ave in Coventry from the 6th to the 22nd. The house is beautifully appointed and thoughtfully decorated, making it very comfortable and inviting. The property is in excellent condition — clearly well-maintained and cared for. It provided all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. One of the best aspects is its great location. Anything you need, like Tescos, is just around the corner, only about five minutes away, making everything very convenient. The house features a lovely dining table, perfect for meals and gatherings. Plus, the come air hockey and pool table added a fun touch and entertainment. Communication with the host was seamless; they were very responsive and quick to reply. It was easy to deal with them, making the whole process stress-free. The house is well equipped, and I never encountered any issues. Would stay again.

Amazing place, location and host. An unbeatable experience especially for the price. Lots of unforgettable and fun memories made here that I don't think we could've had anywhere else. I really have nothing but praise from start to finish.

Good place to stay and a good host

We recently had a long weekend at Gulsharon’s place and it’s really a lovely house. The pictures and the house matches perfectly. We had a lovely stay here it was clean, spacious, homely and inviting. The kitchen was so lovely to prepare our meals in. We also took a long walk round at the back of the house at the canal and that was lovely. Gulsharon was a very responsive and kind host, he provided all the information we required before and during the trip. Honestly lovely guy. Thank you Gulsharon for your hospitality we had a lovely stay. And we will visit again 🙂 Thia

We really enjoyed our second visit to Kamal’s lovely apartment. It’s rare to find somewhere so well equipped with so many thoughtful touches. It’s in a great location, too - lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and you can get to most other places in Leicester with a short taxi or Uber ride. And we couldn’t wish for a better host in Kamal. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Leicester.

Really peaceful and comfortable stay. Check-in was really easy. Felt really private and relaxing. Good value. Will be back the next time I’m on tour in the area :)

Absolutely beautiful flat, with a stunning decor. Had a great time with my boys would definitely return. Also Rebecca was very friendly, very accommodating and absolute pleasure to meet.

Beautiful views from the room over gardens and countryside. The room had everything we needed. Amanda was very responsive and gave us a warm welcome.

Martin & Diane's place was very comfortable with a beautiful garden and a very cute dog. Martin and Diane were kind and attentive without being intrusive. There place have everything that was needed and we were pleased with off road parking. We can recommend their place for a city break or to stay if you are working in Coventry. We will visit again when we are visiting family in the area.

Simple ideal accommodation for access to the NEC/airport. Very good value, good comms, recommended.

A great place to stay to explore Upton and the surrounding areas. Apartment is great in a central location right in town, easy walk to anywhere in Upton. Carola and Rick were great hosts, good clear instructions and helpful information. Apartment was spotless (thank you to their housekeeper Emma), and would highly recommended both the Regency Apartment and Carola and Rick as hosts.

Our second stay at this lovely apartment. Great location, easy to get to / from. Everything to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed - slept really well. Our favourite feature is the garden, right next to the canal, where we can sit and watch the ducks, geese and boats go by.

Overall it was a very pleasant day. Car was on the driveway right next to the apartment nice and clean nice comfortable clean bed big TV exactly what I needed before a long day at Master Mind great sleep overall very happy the only one very very slight thing I may wanted more is blackout curtainsas I don’t sleep very well and the light wakes me up

This is our 3rd stay here to visit our son at Warwick University. It's an ideal location, walkable if inclined. Always feel very much at home. We did find the mattress too soft and bouncy and the bed too small this time, but we have recently bought a new bed at home, so that's just preference. Always a warm welcome and great communication throughout. Looking forward to our next visit!

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

This was my second stay in the annexe. When working down South, it's become my go to, to get a breather from the hustle and bustle of life. Katie is extremely attentive and helpful (even when I was being an accidentally problematic guest). The accomodation is cosily contained in a quiet neighbourhood but close enough to the lovely Cobbs Farmshop/Café, as well as Stratford so you can have the perfect, relaxing weekend with a little good food and culture on the side!
