Our newly built, contemporary 1 bed accommodation with private patio on a quiet country lane, is the perfect get away! A short walk or cycle from from the beautiful South Downs National Park, Chichester Harbour and the picturesque fishing village of Emsworth with its local shops, pubs and restaurants. On the train route to London and within easy reach of the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth, Chichester with its festival theatre and Goodwood Race track, as well as sandy beaches at The Witterings.

Otto's Shed (at Hunter's Barn)

A stylish and uniquely converted cattle Shed in the South Downs National Park (to a very high standard) on a working farm in the countryside. Just a 15 minute walk to the closest pub and 1 mile to the A3 - convenient, peaceful and everything you need for a relaxing break. Access to your own private seating in a picturesque paddock with beautiful views to the Isle of Wight. Driving distance to Emsworth, Petersfield, Portsmouth (access to Isle of Wight ferries), Hayling Island and Chichester.

'Bedknobs' is a detached self-contained property in our back garden comprising of a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, kitchen, & lounge/diner. The property has underfloor heating, WIFI, Sky television inc. movies, DVD player, fridge/frzr, electric oven, gas hob, coffee m/c and washing m/c. Positioned in a pretty back garden with access via it’s own entrance. Off road parking for 1 vehicle. Situated in Waterlooville with shops and takeaway’s within easy walking distance.

The Folly

Easy access to the Hampshire country side close to Rowlandscastle village. Within easy reach of the coast lots of local walks. Next door to Staunton country park 18 mins from Hayling Island and 25 mins from Goodwood, Portsmouth and Southsea . 10 mins from South downs national park. Sleep in a comfortable American queen size bed. Outside sitting area overlooking a large field which usually has sheep and or cows plus the occasional deer. Plenty of local places to eat ask for recommendations.

The Annexe

Enjoy a cosy stay in our stylish Annexe. Main room is a spacious bedroom with kingsize bed. There's also private shower room and separate kitchen. Enjoy exclusive use of the space, as the annexe has its own entrance separate from the main house, dedicated driveway parking and an EV charging point. We are nestled opposite a picturesque horse field with views of the South Downs National Park. We are happy to cater for any type of stay and are happy to add an air bed for children if needed.

Woodrest Cabin, South Downs National Park

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

One bedroom house in Waterlooville. An ideal base.

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.

The perfect place for a short trip away. The Beehive is a quiet self contained double room with ensuite shower room, parking and separate guest entrance. Space to make drinks with a super quiet mini fridge/ nespresso machine/toaster and breakfast provided in the room. An ideal base for exploring the South Downs, Chichester & Portsmouth area. The Beehive catches the evening sun in the garden; perfect for relaxing in the hanging chair. Smart TV, fast wifi, key box entry.

Adorable Detached 1 bedroom Annexe with hot tub

Pet friendly self contained annexe with hot tub available in Denmead, Hampshire. Walk across the road for a stroll in the Forest of Bere or wander into Denmead for a choice of pubs. Pop next door to Furzeley golf club for a round of golf or round the corner to the fisheries, saddle up for a ride in the South Downs or hop in the car and visit Portsmouth Historic Dockyard or Goodwood. 1 kingsize bedroom (can be made into twin). Motley: Cottage on Organic Farm

The first (named Motley after an old friend) of 3 beautiful converted pig sheds. Fresh, new cottages, fully powered by renewable energy with wood burning stoves and access to the farmyard with pizza oven and firepit. The cottages, which sleep 2 or 4 (with sofabed), and have there own kitchen and bathroom, are in the South Downs on an organic farm; quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by wildlife, with the opportunity to join a workshop or tour of farm.
